We are very happy to announce a dynamic new 50/50 joint venture between our construction company, Mi Casita, and Classic Pacific Homes, Costa Mesa, CA. Our first major project under this joint venture will be the construction of 300 condominiums that wrap around the San Felipe Beach Club golf course and the beach. The sea wall is currently under construction and the architectural look of the residential buildings in the Las Villas condo project is shown above in the Model picture.

Since the Grand Opening of our golf course April 1st, 2005, we have been actively planning our condo development. This development will take place in 12-14 different phases.

The first phase involves the construction of six building complexes consisting of four individual condominiums in each. The master plan calls for the construction of 300 condominium units housed in 75 complexes. Condos are ideally situated on the beachfront or on the golf course in the gated and private seaside community of La Ventana Del Mar. These locations are on prime real estate and we have already had a sizable demand for these properties.

The condominiums have been designed by the prestigious Woodley Architectural Group, Inc., recipient of numerous awards and recognition for its superb architectural work in both the residential and commercial sectors. Las Villas have been elegantly designed to incorporate breathtaking scenic views of the Sea of Cortez, the Las Caras Golf Course, and the surrounding San Pedro Martir Mountain Range. Each complex will house four differently designed condos (See Plan 1, Plan 2, Plan 3, and Plan 4.)

Each layout has a plan specific building option which includes optional three car bay, office, sky lounge or gentlemen’s gym. Please refer to the interior design layouts for specifics. Exterior finishing will include three different designs ranging from Spanish Colonial to Tuscan Architecture to Spanish Elements with an Early California flavor.
