The San Felipe Beach Club Hotel
The San Felipe Beach Club Hotel will feature a Resort Hotel and Spa. Some rooms will be dedicated to specific spa functions to include weight reduction, skin treatments, and other types of medical related therapy. The full service hotel will feature rooms with a quality finish and furnishings but with a rustic, warm feel in keeping with the traditional tone in El Dorado Ranch communities. The hotel grounds will be heavily landscaped with a lot of vegetation. Special architectural attention will be given to public spaces for the restaurants, gardens and pools to maximize the aesthetic value and guest comfort and pleasure.
A multi-level pool will be created with cascading waterfalls that have an appearance of disappearing into the Sea of Cortez. The hotel will be noted for its quality, architectural beauty, serenity and quality of dining. The backside of the hotel will have a southern exposure overlooking the Sea of Cortez.
Additionally, the hotel will feature 20 free standing 2 bedroom/2.5 bath villas for guests desiring larger and more private accommodations.
