The beach will be raked and maintained daily. Because of the quality of care for the land and its surroundings, San Felipe Beach Club® will not be an inexpensive place to live. Home building will be strictly governed by CC&Rs and our architectural staff. Each lot will have a specific building envelope which will be maintained and adhered to. San Felipe Beach Club® will design, build and supervise the construction of each home. A walking/jogging and equestrian trail will meander through the entire property.
